      We are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information about our shipping practices.

      1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

      • Within the UAE:

        • Free shipping on all orders above 200 AED.

        • Orders below 200 AED incur a flat shipping fee of 35 AED.

        • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.

      • To GCC Countries (via DHL):

        • Flat shipping fee: 85 AED per order.

        • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.

      2. Order Processing

      • Same-Business-Day Processing:
        Orders placed before 2 PM (GST) are processed and shipped the same business day.
        Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.

      • Order Confirmation:
        You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

      3. Shipping Restrictions

      • Delivery Areas:

        • We ship across the United Arab Emirates and to GCC countries via DHL.

        • For other international destinations, please contact us at info@berryroasters.com for availability and custom shipping options.

      • PO Boxes:
        We deliver to PO Boxes in the UAE. However, delivery may take longer than to standard addresses.

      4. Tracking Your Order

      Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your shipment on the carrier’s website.

      5. Shipping Issues

      • Delays:
        If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@berryroasters.com and we’ll assist you immediately.

      • Lost or Damaged Packages:
        If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

      6. Shipping Address Changes

      Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
