1. Returns

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Coffee Equipment (e.g. grinders, drippers, accessories): Returnable if unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Coffee Products (beans, drip bags, capsules, etc.): Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns of any opened or used coffee items.

Opened or used coffee products

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Used or damaged equipment

Items not in their original packaging or missing components

How to Start a Return:
Contact us at info@berryroasters.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. -

2. Refunds

Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. -

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Partial refunds may apply for returned items that are used, damaged, or missing parts.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is confirmed.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@berryroasters.com with your order number and photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
